Just saw this today, and it was really good. There were a couple gripes I had with the movie itself, any other problems I had are just fanboy nitpicks.
Anyone else see it, and if so: Thoughts?

Seen it. Found it flawed but fun, just like the first two.

Saw it. I loved it but could they have resolved a little more in the end? I mean I don't care if there is another sequel they just left too many stories so wide open. Oh and did anyone else stay to the end of the credits?

I thought it was good - I don't do the fanboy nitpick thing, but I wish they'd have done the phoenix fire outline thingy when Jean was in full power, just because it would have looked cool.
Not an A level comic flick like Spidey, Batman Begins or the 2nd X-Men movie - but a good solid, fun flick.
I wonder if they'll explore some of those plot threads in the Wolverine movie?
Oh, and as for previews - I'm freaking stoked for Ghost Rider - yeah, it has to be CGI intensive but I can live with it because he looks wicked cool! And I'm even pumped for Supes, and I've never liked that character.

I loved the opening scene with Stewart and Mckellan looking really young. I didn't think they'd be able to do that and make it look any good. And I was really thinking they would do the Pheonix thing when Jean was at her evilest towards the end. Oh well.

Half my grade cut school yesterday and went to see this. It wasn't as good as the other two films...but I still enjoyed it. The only things that bothered me was that the film seemed rushed and therefore when a fight scene started to pick up it ended, (Iceman Pyro) They could have fit Gambit in this movie, and Pheonix wasn't evil enough.
Anyway, Ghost Rider and Superman look awesome! I can't wait to see them.

Second one is still best though, like Empire Strikes Back.

It was entertaining for sure, but I did not like it on the level of the first or especially the second. My biggest problem was that the characterizations suddenly changed and often (especially Wolverine) seemed forced. As a separate movie, it was a big, entertaining summer-type flick.

I really enjoyed it. Can't quite decide if I like it better than the second or not (which I freakin LOVED). Even though I feel no closure whatsoever. There were so many debatable points, I went with four other people and we stood outside the theater afterwards and discussed them. (such as "did it move?" I say yes) My only major qualm was that Angel didn't get enough screen time. After so much hype about him, he really wasn't in it much. Not to mention Ben Foster has gotten CRAZY HOT. At any rate, very excited for more.
