Sarah Silverman or however you spell her name... I'm sorry, stringing an utterly disturbing "Saw"-like prose together and giggling like a 13 year old does not a good comedian make. I believe the only reason she gets any sort of attention is because she is 'hot' in standup female terms. Ohhh, and whilst I'm on the "inappropriate and disturbing stories/jokes said by ppl who think they'll illicit a laugh", what the flapjack happened to Family Guy? They used to be pretty darned funny when they first started, and now it seems that now it's become more "meh"-ish jokes studded heavily with eye rolling-ly bad and in very poor taste cut aways.. It seems like now adays they make the episodes as a platform to see how many of the higher up censors they don't like pissed off at them instead of doing their brightly witty commentary that they are infact very capable of... Just cause you can kick a puppy and set it on fire, doesnt mean you should, ya know? Ok...rant over

Couldn't agree more with the assesment on Family Guy. These last two seasons have been very up and down, some episodes had me rolling on the floor laughing, some left me blank faced and saying "what *is* this garbage?"

Andrew Dice Clay. I know he hasn't been relevent since like 1986, but being a hateful, racist, sexist homophobic pig doesn't make you funny. I know he did the whole "I'm ANGRY!" thing and that can be very funny-- George Carlin and Lewis Black come to mind-- but only if you're talented.
Larry The Cable Guy. When I worked at the movie theater awhile ago and his movie came out, like 3 people went to see it and they made a bigger white trash mess in the theater with their nachos and cheese than an entire theater full of people would have in any other movie. I think that says something about his demographic.
And holy cow, I totally forgot that Sinabad was a stand up comic. In fact, I totally forgot about Sinbad, period.

Dat Phan and Ralphie May. Absolutely, positively NOT funny. I think Dat Phan won the first "Last Comic Standing" and May either was a runner up or won one of the other seasons, I can't remember. But they both suck on ice.

Oh man, I was so pissed when Dat Phan won LCS...he did the same stand up routine over and over without coming up with any new material....and still won!

I believe the only reason she gets any sort of attention is because she is 'hot' in standup female terms. I couldn't agree more...I like her as an actress, but as a comic I can't stand her...She's just not funny to me @ all. I don't care much for Louis C.K...I've tried...but eh...I just can't. I don't think Dane Cook is funny either (Again actor I can tolerate...not so much with stand-up comedy though)... I knew as soon as I saw his comedy central presents special back in the day I wouldn't like him. I didn't get it then...and yet all my friends think he's awesome. I don't get it... I liked Carlos Mencia @ first, but I grew tired of him fast. I still like Jeff Dunham, but I can only take him in little doses now. Especially with his career being EVERYWHERE now (Seriously, did he need a show on Comedy Central?) I am a Sinbad fan. lol. I like his new comedy special the most. Not on my top list of favorites, but I watch him randomly =D

"Hi I'm Norm Mcdonald.... That's My bit." Sorry, I just don't find him funny. He's far too pompous.
Half the commedians on Vh1 nastalga shows. I'm a huge fan of those shows. Some of the commentators of some of the funniest people on the planet (Michael Ian Black, Hal Sparks). And then some of them are clearly scraped from the bottom of the barrel.
Chris Wylde "famous" for "crashing" American Idol is one of the most unfunny people on the planet, But thanks to his brother who runs Vh1 he had his own Sketch show (That lasted about a mount) and appears constantly on VH1. Just because you can say the F-word doesn't mean you're funny.
