What I watched of the series was enjoyable, and sweeping the Habs is always nice. In fact, that's probably about as good as it's going to get. I subscribe to the Bill Simmons philosophy as it relates to the B's (even though I felt this way long before I'd ever heard of Simmons) that we will never win a championship with Jeremy Jacobs owning the team. Having Harry Sinden involved in any level decreases what are already non-existent odds. I rest my case.

Congrats, sky!
You gotta feel for those Boston fans. When will their city ever get a winner?

Congrats, sky! You gotta feel for those Boston fans. When will their city ever get a winner? Yeah really, we never win anything... Seriously though, congrats to the Canes. They played better overall and deserved it.

I bought a ticket to game three in Raleigh. One game per round is all time and budget can handle.
Where's our Pens fan, Pierre Trudeau, these days?

Red Wings looked good in winning Game 1 yesterday. Yes they did. Hopefully the Canes will too tonight.

Here I am!
You enjoy watching Game 3 sky! I predict it will be one of the most awesome games you've been to.
I like this outcome. Of course I want the Pens to win, but if they don't, I can cheer on for Carolina, because they will have earned it very well and they're a fun team to watch. Plus my parents live in North Carolina now, close to Raleigh, so the Canes are kind of like a new hometown fave...

I like the Pens too. They don't elicit the same hard feelings that the Devils do for me. Except for Goon Orpik that is. Him I intensely dislike.

I love Brooksy! But I can understand the Cane hate for him. Enjoy watching Sid and Geno in playoff mode- you will not be disappointed.

ESPN's Around The Horn had a stat that the Canes have dropped the first game in every series and both times they came back to win the second game. Don't know if that will happen tonight, but i thought this series would go to 6 or 7 games.
I'm just thrilled my Wings are up 2-0. Sadly, couldn't get tickets for the Friday game, am trying for Sunday....

Malkin was amazing tonight so we are down 2-0. During our Stanley Cup run I remember we came back against the Canadians from the same scenario.
