Willie Nelson. I know. I'm sorry but the nasal quality just bugs me!
Also Neil Diamond. Talk or sing. Pick one dammit!
Okay I feel better now. Just going to go have a lie down and some hot tea with lemon.

John Mayer.
As a friend of mine once said, "That's not singing. That's exhaling."

Sheryl Crow (no relation). She doesn't sing - she just YELLS. And not in tune.

Had to bump this because I've been hearing a GLUT of Adele lately, and I CANNOT STAND ANYMORE!
She has a good voice, but they over play her and I'm sick to death of her already. (Edit: On second thought, she actually doesn't have a good voice. She just sucks.).
I forget where I saw a list of top female singers of "all time", most influential and all that and she was already on it! Didn't she just start last year or 2010 or something? Stevie Nicks was just an "honorable mention" who's been around forever, and this chick was like number 3 or something. It had to be teens and twenty-year-olds providing the names for this list, people with no memory from before 1990 or something.
(Madonna, of course, was #1).

I have to agree. 21 was a very good album... for the first few months. Then I started hearing legions of whiny high schoolers singing "Someone Like You" like it was the new "Hallelujah". Then came "Rolling in the Deep", then "Rumor Has It" (my favorite song on the album until then), and so on. There are a total of two songs on the album now that I can still stand. In five years or so, I may return to listening to her music and feel okay about it again, but we need to put a moratorium on her music for now.

House music in general, and Skrillex in particular. Sounds like a dozen drunken Decepticons. Michael Bay Decepticons. All trying to imitate Soundwave.
The nighttime manager at my restaurant plays that stuff, and it's postitively headache inducing. I don't work nights that often, but when I do, I wash my brain out with some Bruce, Stones, and Allmans on the way home.

Aerosmith. Make them go away. Oh, you read my mind. They should have gone away back in 1979. I agree an Geddy Lee. The absolute weak link in Rush music. But no one in rock music is more annoying to me than Perry Farrell of Janes Addiction. Oh, with maybe the exception Axel Rose... And to any singer who's using an auto-tuner, I'd rather hear you singing flat. So stop using that stupid music 'aid.' Or shall I say music "A-a-Aiiid." Ugh!

Everyone mentioned so far. Plus Steely Dan -like spending a weekend with your perverted uncle, that crap. Also, Candlebox -I just want to lay that guy out. Alvin and the chipmonks are better.

Fun. I am so sick of them I want to beat the radio when they're on.
Honorable mention is the Black Keys.

Spin Doctors. Blues Traveler. I wish their tour buses would collide in fiery bedlam, causing everyone in the music scene to finally come out and admit they hated them all along, respect tot the deal, etc.

I'm so out-of-the-loop that the only thing I've heard her sing in is the Winnie the Pooh movie that came out a year or two ago. ... um, she sang the Winnie the Pooh theme pretty well, but nothing will beat the original.
