Both scores and individual songs. A few examples:
Jack Nitzche's music from Village of the Giants. One of those love it or hate it scores. Tarentino obviously did like it; he reused Nitzche's music for his Grindhouse film.
Another guilty pleasure: the theme song from Girl In Gold Boots.
And finally: Milton DeLugg's tune "Hooray for Santy Claus" from Santa Claus Conquers The Martians.

Yea, the Nitzche surf song is fantastic, although that scene is at least 45 minutes too long. Speaking of wacky beach tunes, I like the opening credits song from Zaat, about the sarchasm. The lyrics aren't exactly fluid poetry, but I enjoy it. Off the top of my head, there's also Motorhead's "Ace of Spades", used in Zombie Nightmare. It's a well known song, also used in Grosse Pointe Blank, so it's not really a surprise pick. Oh, this one's odd, but I love hearing Torgo's theme. It's just a few notes repeated ad nauseum, but it always brings a smile to my face. I'm curious to hear what everyone comes up with. Other than the Albert Glasser-esque scores, there's usually a decent piece of music in these terrible films.

There's probably loads, actually. Off the top of my head all the spy movies are pretty groovy, especially Danger Death Ray, Danger Diabolik and Operation Double 007. I wouldn't mind getting some proper soundtracks of those. One piece that I would genuinely consider bad but for some reason I still like would probably be the Puma Man theme. It is, as Crow said, 'happy music' despite sounding like something from an arcade game. The Man for Me from Operation Double 007 - has anyone ever sung with such sheer gusto about anything? Ever? Also rather like the Shadow Song from Squirm, that's got a rather haunting beauty to it. The music from The Incredible Melting Man is similarly memorably downbeat. If I can cheat a little bit though by going back to the KTMA years, then this is would be my all-time fave bit of MST3K music; the closing theme from Revenge of the Mysterons from Mars.

Once in a while I love to listen to the Zombie Stomp from "Horror of Party Beach". Good song, though it sucks you can't find a version online that doesn't have the monster sound effects playing over the music.

I also liked the theme song to Girl in Gold Boots. I liked the theme songs to Green Slime and Blood Waters of Dr. Z. And the California Lady song in Track of the Moon Beast. I liked Mary Beth Hughes' songs in I Accuse My Parents.

I liked the Fish Picker song from Hobgoblins. There, I said it. But hey, it sounded like Adam Ant, and I can't resist that type of thing.
I also liked "Rock Candy" (Dick Contino!) and some of the songs from TISCWSLABMUZ (though not the one with the old lady scatting).

I liked that music that was played over the credits of Riding with Death.

I liked all of Kitty's songs from I Accuse My Parents. I tend to hum "Love Came Between Us" on the way to work.
And I like the two repeated-until-you-scream instrumentals from Creeping Terror. I can't explain it, but I really relate to Mike's elaborate stereo setup so he can hear the sweet spot.
"Heee's in Kansas flippin' burgerrrrrs..."

Hate to admit, but some of the stuff in Catalina Caper isn't bad. Little Richard hopped up on goofballs is still Little Richard.
And while I wouldn't say I "like" it, the "Watermelon Man" cue in Danger!! Death Ray seems to always get stuck in my head for days whenever I watch that ep.

Village of the Giants--Absolutely!
I also actually like the overblown-space-opera theme music to "Fire Maidens of Outer Space."

You know what other song I like? That folksy song the band is playing during Summerfest in Soultaker. The guy has a sweet voice and it seems like a nice, soothing little festy type song.
Thank you! Our hand-hewn wood CDs are available at the gate!
