What about the Unicorns of The Neverending Story meet Scooby-Doo and the Big Blue Boo Squad? What? When did Scooby-doo come in here?

You know I saw this really funny movie once, it was supposed to be horror, it was a sequel, and this guy is thrown back in time, he has a chainsaw on his arm and he has to save this land from the dead by getting this book, and umm he something somehow became him, and he had to kill it, but it wouldn't die, and then errrr...I can remember but it was hilarious, Now can someone help me out with the name? I saw it last year, but it's an old cult film help me out.

I saw a part of Army of Darkness a couple nights ago. I've heard a lot about this movie from this board. I must see more of the hilarious (and sexy) man that is Bruce Campbell!

It would be great if (and this is if MST3K was ever to make a new special/movie/whatever) they got Bruce Campbell to join as a writer...

Darkman Three O'Clock High Rock N' Roll High School Dark City Fiend Without A Face The Limey Blood Simple The Rivers Edge
As for obscure films, try Bogarts "In A Lonely Place". Everyone talks about "African Queen" or "Casablanca" or the ones he did with Bacall (all great, granted). But Humphrey never gave a more haunting, nuanced performance than he did in this film. It's one of my all time favorites yet hardly anyone has heard of it.
Rent it, and thank me later.
Oh, plus anything by Atom Egoyan.

I like Calendar, his least commercial one (not that any of his stuff is commercial) Then The Adjuster and Exotica As far as cult films go. Well, one that should be mentioned here is Jean Cocteu's Beauty and the Beast. This is one of the most exquisite films ever shot. A fairy tale that never condescends...I loved it when I was seven years old and I love it now. I'm crazy about so many B films from the 50's 60's and 70's I can't begin to list them here. I'd like to mention a few "quality" films: The Haunting, The Innocents, Easy Rider, McCabe and Mrs. Miller, Don't Look Now, The Man Who Fell to Earth, and on and on... One big guilty pleasure of mine is the AIP Beach Party movies of the 60's with Frankie and Annette. I grew up on those. I love them and now you understand why I like Hellcats so much. Color me weird.
