To be fair, MST had Sumaru first, so I'll allow it. And Rifftrax still has The Girl From Rio.

Sumaru is a DECENT choice for a KTMA re-riff. Could do worse. I'd love a re-riff of Last Chase, SST Deathflight and/or Humanoid Woman, but I'm not unhappy with Sumaru.

HG Wells' The Shape of Things To Come, 70s Star Wars rip-off is the next one.

I don’t have to be pedantic with this one, they’re doing The Shape or Things to Come, which Rifftrax did a year or two back.

Can we get a full list in this thread when they've all been announced, please?

You're welcome.

So far I'd say this is a pretty decent list. No modern Asylum-type crap. Embracing the show's roots with some 60's cheese, more than in Seasons 11-12. More 70s disaster-ish, low budget crap which worked pretty well in Season 11. Etc.
I'm still not 100% sure about Munchie, seems like too much of a kids comedy movie, punching down, but we'll see.
I just hope they don't cut these movies down to 60 minute nubs.

Kolos is right, there should be more Asylum movies!

Looks like the forum had a hiccup at the worst time.
The Mask in 3D is the Halloween episode as most people surmised. Black and white!
Something called The Bubble, which I THINK is a 60s movie.
And The Christmas Dragon, modern independent turd from 2014, similar to Demon Squad.

Can we get a full list in this thread when they've all been announced, please? 1. Santo and Dracula's Treasure (1969) 2. Robot Wars (1993) 3. Beyond Atlantis (1973) 4. Munchie (1992) 5. Doctor Mordrid (1992) 6. Demon Squad (2019) 7. Gamera vs. Jiger (1970) 8. The Batwoman (1968) 9. The Million Eyes of Sumuru (1967) 10. H. G. Wells' The Shape of Things to Come (1979) 11. The Mask 3D (1961) 12. The Bubble (1966) 13. The Christmas Dragon (2014) Definitely excited about the films this year, especially Mordrid. The only one I'm not too sure about is The Christmas Dragon. I remember reading that they lost the rights to the Christmas film they wanted to riff, so this is their backup.

A Jim Wynorski movie? Oh no... I will not hear a bad word against Chopping Mall, thank you. I hear that, Chopping Mall is amazing, a cult classic!

- Guess people were wrong about A*P*E for the 3D movie. now RLM will have gloating rights if they ever do riff it - when i saw Things to Come i thought for a second we'd have another movie to get both the MST3K and Criterion treatment but this is the very laughable 70's version - Yeah Christmas Dragon is their backup but half-glass full, maybe they'll manage get the rights back to their first choice by the time they feel like doing another christmas episode, i imagine they've already done some work on it. And maybe Christmas Dragon is just as good really. Their first choice may be because of how much harder the rights were so it was an opportunity to take. - I dont know where people are getting too much of a kids comedy, that Munchie puppet looks like total nightmare fuel for all the people traumatized by the Rock-afire Explosion - Neat that they are doing Sumuru and the remaining KTMAs are on the table for movie consideration. - Hopefully more black and white movies and teenage romps like the old days, even if the print isnt great. This is the flagship season for the Gizmoplex so maybe when they become successful with subscribers, they take more risks and go back to movies like those - Now where the hell is our Gizmoplex update? I just hope they don't cut these movies down to 60 minute nubs. seriously?

Robot Wars has Barbara Crampton & Doctor Mordrid has Jeffrey Combs. Great in my book.

I am unreasonably excited about Mordrid, Beyond Atlantis and The Shape of Things to Come, but I am the guy who really dug Killer Fish.
