Many things. Generally plot stupidity. In the end of Time Chasers - why the hell did Nick go and ruin poor corporate lackey Matt's life? He's in a bloody time machine - he can easily go back and just make sure Matt never finds out. Urgh. This movie posed a very interesting question. In the end, if he goes back and gets rid of the time machine and nobody knows about it, then how does the head of Gencorp go to to the past and fight anyhow? How if the futer changed after he is shown the time machine? If the first time Nick used the time machine the future was okay, why did it suck the second time? Wouldn't the events have already transpired the first time he went to the future? Wouldn't it cause a time lapse? I don't know, and frankly, don't care.

I think you just gave it more thought than anyone in the movie did. I hope your proud of yourself!

I would have liked at least 1 Battlestar Gallactica reference in Space Mutiny.

I would have liked at least 1 Battlestar Gallactica reference in Space Mutiny. It's so obvious I have to wonder if there was some legal reason. How else could they let it go?

SciFi probably didn't want to be sued. Or they called and BattleStar said no to all the references. Mike should have clarified in his commentary to vol. 4

I'd just like to say that the Eegah Bible reference isn't totally innacurate. After doing a little research, I've come up with this:
"Nephilem is the Hebrew word for "giants."* The Bible states "There were giants in those days..." in Genesis 6. This is interpreted as being the evil offspring of the sons of God by most. My personal interpretation is that the "nephilem" was a word used to mean the dinosaurs. There is evidence that man walked with the dinosaurs, indicated by the archeological evidence."
While the reference isn't important (it's from a UFO conspiracy site), Eegah isn't totally off base; however, just to be clear, that movie was crap, and I doubt they had a frikin' theologian on hand.

In the episode capsules that used to be on scifi.com, they mentioned that they simply missed the opportunity. Apparently, it's been brought up to the Brains a number of times since the episode aired, and they're a bit embarrassed for missing it.

One thing that irked me about Time Chasers is that our hero has unlocked the secrets of time travel through a Commadore 64. Anyone who can do that should be considered a super genius however our hero Nick as shown in the film isn't exactly one which makes this even more unbelievable.

Which reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from Time Chasers Crow says, very stressed and I'm not 100% certain about the whole of it but "I'm using the COM - PU - TER." That line kills Mike and I every time. BTW, this is my first post so Hello!
