Torgo,he's one of a kind. Or is he... we often hear that Ortega is the Sci-Fi era's Torgo. But were there other Torgo's BEFORE Torgo?
Season 1: Petro from "Mad Monster" was very slow witted and liked to gawk at the bosses daughter.
Season 2: That guy who spoke in tongues in Hellcats. He wasn't in the show long, but long enough to make a great stinger! I'm not sure if he was anyones henchman, so he could be disqualified.
Season 3: Before there was Torgo, there was LOBO! Tor Johnsons rocks! And in every movie he paws at women but more in an affectionate, big bald deranged kitten, kind of way.
Season 4: Torgo, he's a peeper and a pawer and talks real good too. Plus he's got that fashionable thigh/knee thing going on. Torgo is very Torgo-like.
Season 5: Hmm, a toughie: Jack Elam (Lovers' Lane) perhaps? The armless assistant in "The Brain That Woudn't Die" maybe? Did season 5 even have a Torgo?
Season 6: Jondor from "Bloodlust", he doesn't really leer at women, just boils them.
Season 7: Creepy Eddie Deezen fom Laserblast, EEW!
Season 8: Ortega, nuff said.
Season 9: Mickey. much like Petro in "Mad Monster", Mick also tends to the garden.
Season 10: Mr. Crenshaw from Boggy Creek II. Not a henchman per-say but very gross, and he too leers at the girls and often shows off his little creature.
What do you think Sirs?

Can a Torgo be female? If so, the KTMA season had Angela Garland, played by the blonde bombshell Misty Rowe. Misty was best known for her antics on Hee Haw. If not, then Stuart Pankin's character in Hangar 18 might qualify.
In season 5, we had Wanda from Alien from L.A. as a Torgo. Even though she was pretty normal looking, everyone else around her looked like a Torgo. About the only other Torgo in season 5 I can think of is Torgo himself, in the hosting segments.

What about that Heatcliff fellow from the Wild World of Batwoman. I thought he was somewhat Torgo like(At least before he got the ability to speak again)

Yes, Heathcliff, good one. Did he paw at the girls or just the scientist?

What about that Stephen Stills dog-monster thing from "The Atomic Brain". He kinda had a master in Dr. Frank and I think he killed someone early in the film for Dr. Frank and helped carry a body. To me, that is very "Torgonian" or "Torgonacious".

Outstanding choice. Good brains here. I was also thinking that for season 1, Angel the hunchback from "The Corpse Vanishes" might be even better than Petro.
Angels a perv and his master kills him. Very Torgoesque.
Considering all of this, I now am a little afraid of our own Torgo, or tot-G as he is affectionately known. Gawd knows what he does when he's not on the board!

What about Pitch in Santa Claus Conquers The Martians? That's a season 5 ep, and he's kinda like a Torgo.

But note that I got the right season mentioned, so you know what episode I was thinking about (have both Christmas eps, and love 'em).

Can a Torgo really be female? In addition to being not too bright, Angela Garland was also a bit boy crazy, and carrying a guy's baby. She was also pretty inferior to people around her, like Torgo was.
