Charlton Heston isn't even head of the NRA anymore. He stepped down a year ago becuase of set alzehiemers. I bet if he stayed on he would be promoting ridiculous things like styrofoam bullets.
Also Forrest here's a political lesson in Rep. and Dems, Rep are not gonna give tax breaks to us blue collars, they only support the rich and the military, Dems however, improve and help communities which affects the whole demographic of America. I say watch or read the news before making statements like that.

As a blue collar with kids who will never be in the "rich" category, I have gotten numerous tax breaks in the last four years. Including the removal of the so-called "marriage penalty", an increase in dependent deductions, an increase on child care credit and earned income credit. Not to mention tax breaks for environmental purchases and self-employment startup. Oh yeah, I also got a free refund from the surplus back in '02 and an advance on my refund in '03. I'm not an economist or anything, but all of those things sure helped me. And one of Bush's initiatives has been for religious organizations to take more responsibility in their communities, which historically has resulted in safer, cleaner, and stronger communities. Of course the Dems have blocked it at every turn (usually by mis-applying the "separation of church and state" clause). They're not exactly doing themselves any favors with "helping communities which affects the whole demographic of America" there.

Forrest wants better body armor for troops, lower taxes on the working class, higher wages for workers, and fun, fun, fun for all. [insert name here] wants troops to use pillows as body armor. He voted against giving our soldiers guns, and suggested using plastic knives instead. He's admitted to raping 32 women, and uses children as human sheilds. Do not vote for [insert name here], vote Charleton Heston for the NRA! "GET YOUR PAWS OFF ME YOU DAMN DIRTY POLITICIANS." "You cut out his brain you bloody Bushes!" "There's gotta be something better than Kerry..." In other words: I's hates non-war!

Actually, I kinda intended on making fun of Republicans. And Kerry at the same time, or course....that waffler... The NRA is ridiculous. Sure, I agree that owning a gun should be allowed, however, the radical movement that was the NRA was near pathetic. My Social Studies teacher looks exactly like him! And does Kerry really think he's fooling anyone with that botched face lift?

Actually, I kinda intended on making fun of Republicans. Tuh. I know. But I had the joke all lined up and I'm not gonna not use it just because it doesn't apply to anything. It's just funny. The funniest joke ever. You can't say "well that doesn't belong here" just because it really doesn't belong here.

Republicans only do that stuff to make a measy attempt to make blue collar people like you sampo to think he's an allright guy. What about this big tax break he gave the rich recently. "trickle down effect" my ass! And him with the Gay Marriage issue, he has made a step backwards for our country on that one. His so called "tax breaks" has made my mom work more hours (even though she has a sore back) so she can get by, made getting me a job hell of a lot harder because of job losses, and has drained our savings to zip nada. Sampo, watch what you say next time because I go to one of the best schools in the NATION, justify that to the one you went to. And it's not a private school either.

I think the rich deserve the tax breaks, because they all worked their asses off to get where they are. Also, giving the church a more active role in communities is not only good for teaching good morals, but it also gives people a place to go when they are down, or are looking for someone to talk to. So, based on what Sampo mentioned, I agree with Bush on that end.
Getting a job is tough for everyone right now. You aren't the only one just because you are a blue-collar.
I suppose I shouldn't talk about job availability, though, because i'm in the military, which is the most secure of any job.

Sampo, watch what you say next time because I go to one of the best schools in the NATION, justify that to the one you went to. And it's not a private school either. I'm sorry about your mom. And I'm pretty sure this discussion has little or nothing to do with the school you go to. And I'm pretty sure you'll find reasonable, educated, non-brainwashed individuals on both sides of the gay marriage debate, let alone the economics strategies of political parties. And it is pure speculation whether or not the president is the person primarily responsible for the state of the economy, whatever president it might be. And I simply responded to your stilted generalizations with concrete personal facts about my taxes. Look, I'm fine disagreeing with you politically. And I think it's great that you're so passionate about your politics. But you should probably fine-tune your delivery so as not to be so insulting or condescending, or you're going to lose a lot of these arguments without your opponent even having to say a word. Perhaps your school has a nice rhetoric class or debate team.#nosmileys#nosmileys
