TCM will be showing 12 TO THE MOON and MAROONED July 20th (a day of all space/moon-related movies). 12 to the Moon, eh? That might be interesting. Is July 20th the anniversary of a moon-related event, or something?

I knew it was in July, but I couldn't have said offhand that it was the 20th.

From wikipedia: 1969 – Apollo Program: Apollo 11 successfully lands the first man on the Moon. I knew it was in July, but I couldn't have said offhand that it was the 20th. I see! I do remember the first moon landing, but since I was, well, quite young at the time, I mostly just remember my family gathered around our tiny little black-and-white TV, and that I was eating Nilla Wafers straight from the box at the time. I didn't even recall it was in the summer. Anyhow.

With the police hot on their tail, they take over a farmhouse and terrorize the family within (the Grants) while waiting for a co-conspirator to arrive with money and transport. While waiting, the boyfriend becomes more psychotic as Terry starts putting the moves on the Grants's son (to make some kind of point), and Mr. Grant takes solace from the Bible. [CC] (Rated: PG)
