Per the latest update, they may have lost the rights to the Holiday episode, and are working on the backup. Also, the Live Tour crew is going to shoot their live action bits in Pennsylvania in October, but they'll shoot the Holiday Special at a later date.
So it does sound like Turkey Day is the most likely premiere for the first new episode.
13 episodes, 1 per month, would take them through December 2022. But if I recall correctly the Holiday Special was Halloween-themed, so it'd probably be third-to-last released in Oct '22, one would think.

Touring starts late Oct. 2 Minneapolis shows Black Friday and the day after.
Makes me wonder how/if they're tying this in to Season 13 and the Gizmoplex launch. They said first episode will drop this Fall. And there's a Halloween episode. So maybe they'll start this Oct with the Halloween episode, 1 ep a month for 13 months gets them to the next November. So 2 Turkey Days in 1 season.

The original voice of The Comedy Channel/CTV/Comedy Central was Billy West (Ren & Stimpy, red M&M, Fry from Futurama). They didn't get Penn until October 1991, after most of Season 3 had premiered.

If I had to guess, it's Creature From The Haunted Sea.

For those interested in what may be considered the worst movies 1961, here's a handy list. I'm not sure which ones are in black and white.

I haven't seen anything else.
A shame about IFC, though. Seemed like a good fit for the show.
Seemed like they were getting decent enough ratings when they were running it in the wee hours, good enough to try showing them past 9am on Saturdays anyways. I guess they weren't good enough to sustain an extended run.

And everyone knows the worst episode is The Corpse Vanishes. Any suggestions otherwise is clearly tomfoolery.

That made me chuckle, the notion that a bunch of us old-timer MSTies get our kicks making edgy choices on a dying forum. Its not dead, its resting! And to be fair, the last few months are the most activity the board has seen in years.

TLDR: There's no writers room anymore, and it's the single biggest problem with the new seasons. Don't worry. Its all part of Joel's process of reinventing the wheel. First he strips out what made the show work in the name of progress, then he slowly fixes those issues over the course of several years until his solutions are just rough facsimiles to what he originally stripped-out/broke. In the KS he even said they're writing by watching the movies as a big group over video chat or something during the writing for Season 13. So at this rate, there'll probably be a physical, dedicated writer's room with a stable of writers on all the episodes again by the time Season 14 rolls around. Maybe season 15 if he doesn't throw some incremental step in there.

Per my records, I should have a copy of the premiere. I'll try to get it up by the end of the week.

Is there a possibility of getting the premiere broadcast of The Dead Talk Back? I’m pretty sure my personal copy is that recording but I want to double check on YouTube I'll check to see what I have. I THINK I have it, not 100% sure.

FYI, I'm currently in the process of uploading the files uncompressed and un-Youtube'd to my Archive.org profileMy files are big. I don't care that they're big. Screw 700mb nonsense. Its 2021, who cares if you use a GB+ on one file anymore? I'm thru K16, should be done by the end of the night.

I think Legend Of The Dinosaurs may very well be the single most non-discussed episode of the entire series. Almost never see it brought up. I think it's a funny, if gory, episode. This is probably correct. I can't recall anyone EVER talking about it. And its a decent episode.
