Black & white older full frame movies and/or shorts.
Jh& tb could just scoot over when they realize it's not widescreen so we can still see their shilouettes
They could even make it into some kind of joke!

Confessions of an opium eater (great movie really) The Transatlantic tunnel (was on Netflix for years) Condor man
War of the robots (Italian star wars knock offs) Star Odyssey Cosmos: war of the planets
A boy and his dog (the book/ film credited as a large inspiration for the fallout game series)
BBC made for TV adaptation of brave New world
Any movies by Charles d Pierce. The town that dreaded sundown, boggy Creek 1
Just for Bela Lugosi 😊 revenge of the vampire or murder by television
Galaxina,
I will update this if I remember any more

I think there is an intended viewing order but like any large movie nothing is shot in order it is presented, there are first second and third units in various locations filming perhaps simultaneously. Just my 3 cents

So just an update, the price to "purchase " the episodes through vhx is now 999,999.00 makes me wonder if someone bought them at the 1k Mark. And there was an oh crap moment. As a web designer I am surprised they just didn't disable the purchase option.
I wonder if / when these episodes will now make it into the mst3kinfo weekly review, and I hope they would make an exception and not make us wait till it cycles back through to season zero.

Soooo.... perhaps if the first two episodes of season zero "go well" perhaps the digital platform for the ktma season would be successful, no need to worry about poor sales if you didn't put on physical media. A download to burn or make on demand DVD would be preferable. Or go for broke, if possible just sell the whole season in one or two boxed sets. Were screwed on gamera but maybe not forever.
But MAN AM I KICKING MYSELF for not pledging more, I opted for higher add on rewards. REGRETS!
Anyone who has these can you download them or just stream them?

Or Visa Versa?
Watching Laserblast on netflix at lunch today. Only my second time ever with said ep. I love Robot holocaust, i am probably in the 10+ times for that ep. As the movie starts , greenface is in the desert- this drab synth music chimes in--- its the same drab synth music at the start (opening credits) of robot holocaust. Or at least its VERY similar- a note seems off- i'm not a musician- probably not the technical term for it
Anyone else notice such?

About a week ago I ordered the First album of an industrial/synth-pop band called Aleixa (circa 1996). I had been listening to it a bit yesturday but mostly today. During song #3, "I Could Murder" - I hear the clip "forgive me father, for I have MURDERED". I thought nothing of it, except that it was hilarious At lunch today I watched Agent Double 007, and low and behold thats a line Servo rattled off! I listened to it again, and its the clip from that episode. For those that are curious the clip is at about 2:31 and the song (via youtube) is below.

So i think this thread would be way better/effective if people had to post a photo to prove their point! My vote for the most un-noticed goes with the space-police woman with thigh high boots from Moon Zero Two, If you have seen the non mst3k version, you will learn shes... how do we say... involved with Kemp

Sword and the Dragon (just watched from shout dvd) has some HORRIBLE sections in the print of the film. ITs a fine transfer of the mst3k episode but the print of the movie they had was REALLY rough, pitted scratched to heck, in parts, other parts were ok, but the bad parts are BAAD

Robot Holocaust has a Scene where Valaria is in the 'pleasure chamber' or what not. If you google the actresses name (image search) you get a screenshot of the scene in question.
Not so much nudity but scantily clad... in the uncut moon zero two, theres a scene where the kemp visits the police woman in her room before her shift starts- they sorta make out and shes not wearing a whole lot-

I am not sure if they changed prices-- but all the other liveshow vods are 12.95. however the vod option for prior live shows is only available when you pick the delivery method of buying it in the dvd/bluray area---- I will still probably wait for a physical dvd anyways- Though i am quite excited about the manos liveshow as well. Also waiting to get blown away for what theire 2013 live offerings will be!

I think this is one of the more fascinating threads i have read. very insightful and a lot to think about. And i applaud everyone for being generally civil and well behaved;)
Related to this topic, I have noticed that since watching mst3k (i am 30 now, probably started at age 16, about season 9) My sense of humor has become more and more jaded. I think a lot of that comes from watching mst3k... It can lend it self to being being critical of things/people or just looking at what can be poked fun at. Mind you going to architecture school teaches you to be critical of everything too and living in the Detroit area can lend to being a bit jaded.
Even if i know a joke/riff is wrong, if it strikes me as funny, i find it nearly impossible to not laugh. To the point that in many situations i have to make a strong effort not to laugh- literally remind myself not to even snicker (or snort). or put my hand over my mouth. I have laughed several times at rather inappropriate times in public and usually get the death stare .
Other than mst3k i think what assisted in jading my sense of humor was Little Britain, the show is hilarious- but extremely edgey (makes southpark/family guy look tame) Family Guy, Southpark, Robot Chicken, Monty Python and Fawlty towers didn't help either. However i still find Moral Orel or Wonder Sowzen somewhat offensive.
And for the record, I never thought The dancer in ISCWSLABMZ (stecklers wife) looked like a man- thought she was rather attractive lady--- I remember first hearing those jokes and the first time i wasn't sure who they were talking about- cause it didn't make sense for her or the blonde guy.
In regards to taking a break from mst3k, I have- though it was never for a peticular reason. I watched in high school and probably for 3-4 years after, and really took a hiatus from like 04-08, right about when shout was about to release the 20th anniv. set i started watching and buying more episodes. Then i went on the trek to watch them all in order. So yeah its ok to take a break, even a long break. Perhaps even refreshing to do so. There are a few episodes i just don't watch cause they make me uncomfortable (touch of satan always creeps me out).
