Which episode was it where the shorts were done after the movie, instead of before?

I just rewatched Incredible Melting Man, and Mike does the "Let's go to Picture Picture" riff in that episode as well.

Mine just arrived. Incredible Melting Man will soon be watched! The puppet menu skit for it is pretty funny yet kinda gross, which fits the episode well.

Funny, I just rewatched Monster A-Go Go where the Mads would let Joel and the Bots watch Local Hero if they won an action figure contest. It always seemed like an odd film to reference since, while it's a good movie, it's not hugely known and it's pretty low key. Finding out it's one of Kevin's favorite movies sheds light on it being referenced.

Yeah, I got a copy of Vol 3 with two Shorts disc instead of Sidehackers (it was a widespread problem with Vol. 3 that copies had doubles of one episode). I made the mistake of going through Rhino for the return rather than Amazon for some reason. I got it eventually, but it was months before I got the Sidehackers disc. That was my final dealing with Rhino support.

I'm confused by the description - the top note says "Hamlet (w/ timecode and edited by BBI)", but the later note say "This is the original, uncut, 1st generation, A+ version".
Is this the full original 152 minute version, or BBI's 80 minute edit, just without the riffing?

Got the Plan 9 Live show as one of the rifftrax awards from this KS. haven't seen that since 2009 so great getting that. How does one claim their rewards? Were we supposed to get an email about it? Its been a while since I backed a KS. The April 15th Kickstarter update has the link to get the Rifftrax rewards under the heading "Rifftrax Live". From there, it will give you the option to either stream or download them, or, if you have a Rifftrax account, add them to your Library.

Huh, they made 10,000. Kinda surprised.

For the final stretch, they've added a bunch of new stretch goals based on the number of backers:
kickstarter.com/projects/rifftrax/rifftrax-live-2016-mst3k-reunion-time-chasers-live/posts/1539183
The most interesting one to me is (unfortunately) also the highest tier - if they get to 10,000 backers, they'll do a new "3-riffer" commentary on Road House. I love the Mike-only one, but I always wanted to hear a version with Mike, Kevin, and Bill playing off each other.
So if you haven't pledged, go do so - since it's based only on the number of people pledging rather than money, you only have to pledge $1, and with that pledge you get a ton of already unlocked free stuff (11 riffed shorts, the Mary Jo/Bridget Gravity riff) plus the other free riffs that are unlocked if the numbers are met.

So I just got XXXV and watched Being From Another Planet and, uh, you know, to continue your important research, took special notice of that scene. It seems like Servo's head covers it up pretty quickly performing some self-censorship (almost the equivalent of Joel holding up the umbrella in City Limits), but with the quality of the Shout version compared to broadcaswt copies, it's noticeably visible for a split second before its covered.
Of course, since it comes with the original uncut movie on the same DVD, it's pretty unnecessary to squint at the MST3K version since it's more visible without Servo's head. Plus the same actress does another even clearer topless scene earlier in the movie (which I only noticed due to continuing this research,of course).
Other interesting, non-pervy, things about the uncut "Time Walker" version on the release:
-The video quality is really good - it's anamorphic widescreen with solid colors. I'm assuming it's the same master that was in a Roger Corman 4 movie set that Shout Factory released in 2011.
-I always thought the incredibly sudden ending of the guy getting his hand burned and screaming and then jumping directly to credits was due to Film Ventures editing in their own credit sequences and cutting something, but no, the original film ends the same way. The only difference is the inclusion of a hilarious "To Be Continued..." title card. Apparently someone thought "The Further Adventures of Ben Murphy and Alien Mummy Through Time and Space" sequel was a sure thing...

Really excited about this set. Great to finally see IMM get released after however many years of Shout having the rights - it's one of my personal favorites (I know a lot of people are turned off by the gore, but it never bothered me too much), and Riding With Death is a SciFi era classic.
Haven't see the other two in awhile, but my memory of City Limits is that I liked it more than its reputation. I...barely remember anything about Stranded in Space. This was the episode that, in the Amazing Colossal Episode Guide, Frank talks about how it's a "forgotten" episode that nobody ever mentions or remembers - I guess that's really true for me.
