But seriously, can we lay off the old cast? Ignoring that they might have not been told about the Kickstarter ahead of time, it's bad form to keep jabbing at them. I'd be pissed, too, if people kept picking at it like a scab. I honestly think that the constant barrage of questions is only aggravating a delicate situation. Yes, let's do something more productive...like grumbling about the KTMA news we never received. Lol I WANT MY KTMAS! I would be pretty happy if the mystery gift on the USB is KTMA related. Even if it isn't, I believe Joel is open to releasing KTMA stuff. Hopefully they find whatever it is they were looking for and release it.

Kicktraq has the campaign at over 150K, and it isn't even noon here yet. I'm feeling really good about today. I hope we pass five million today.

I think we passed the ten episode threshold.

Rick and Morty is great. I might even recommend it over Community. I'm really excited to have them involved.

So Kicktraq has the Kickstarter at 186,609 for the day. Hitting that goal this morning felt great. I might be a crazy man, but I feel optimistic for the first time in a while that we could hit twelve episodes.

Tonight's first episode is Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders.

If we don't reach the final goal, I think we have a good shot at ten or eleven episodes. The last 48 hours usually see a big spike in pledges, so I'm still hopeful.

Wow, it looks like the add ons are up to 310,000. People must really like those USBs.

Joel's update confirms that most of the original writers will not join the revival at least initially, but Paul Chaplin will be involved.

It looks like the goal was met.

If I was going to criticize anything about the Kickstarter, it would be that Joel hasn't been consistent with the updates. We never did get that second "big update" that was promised today, and I've noticed that those updates help bring in pledges.

It was one of the 25,000 pledges. I swear somebody is messing with the Kickstarter. Several high pledges have been taken and dropped.

So Kicktraq has the Kickstarter at about 127,000 for the day. I think the 9 episodes tier is pretty much a certainty at this point. If Diet Kolos' math is correct, then we need 4.76 million to reach 10 episodes. I think this is doable, and a lot of cable shows have ten episode seasons.

Also added an extra USB drive to my pledge. I just really want to make sure I get a Crow one. I'm partial to the Crow one myself, but I decided it's not worth $80 to me to ensure that I get it. I figure I have a 50/50 shot at it, but I'd be fine with the Servo one.

I decided to add the USB drive as an add on. I wonder what the mystery gift will be.
