Okay, philosophers! Let's play Philosophize! Here's how:
Take two seemingly unrelated things. Explain how they're related. Example:
"Skyscrapers are like Cheese. Hundreds of variations all around the world, but most folks stick with one or two types."
The next person takes the second item and makes their own comparison!
"Cheese is like a mirror. You can cut it into any shape you'd like, but it's still basically the same effect."
Get it? Great!
Let's begin....
TV is like Pancakes. Many ingredients come together, but the amateurs make it flop when they try to flip.

Pancakes and Cow Chips. Both are flat, brownish circles full of potential nutrients that taste bad.

Cow Chips are like generic-brands of toothpaste. 1 out of 5 dentists recommends them.

Generic toothpaste is like a prostitute with tendonitis: unable to fully satisfy, yet effective in a pinch.

A prostitute with tendonitis is like a I-40 truckstop restroom: Gimpy looking all over, but it's there when there is no better solution.

A I-40 truckstop restroom is like an Egyptian tomb: there's writing all over the walls.

An Egyptian tomb is like Frameous' virtue: Long since plundered by gangs of roving criminals.

Wait, so this thread is just to go crazy with false inductive reasoning? Sounds fun.
Deodorant is like a hooker. It gets rubbed on pubic hairs and goes on strong.

Wait, so this thread is just to go crazy with false inductive reasoning? The next person takes the second item and makes their own comparison! A hooker is like poorly applied ointment: quickly followed by a burning sensation.

A poorly-applied ointment is like a Sandra Bullock film: both induce painful movements.

A Sandra Bullock film is just like getting drunk. Before its over, I'll have to pee.

Getting drunk is like driving a car: the Amish frown on both.

Driving a car is like shooting randomly with a gun: Sometimes you kill raccoons, other times you hit people

Shooting randomly with a gun is like posting on a message board: most of the time you don't hit anything, and when you do, it's for the wrong reason.

Posting on a message board is like giving a cat a bath, it can be entertaining but nothing gets accomplished. lol
