Quote from Conor from RiffTrax... 1958 - 2.4 out of 10 (IMDB) Escaped convicts Gary (Tommy Cook) and Lon (Gary Clarke) are caught hiding in a rocket by scientist Dirk Green (Michael Whalen), who forces them to pilot the ship to the moon. Dirk, who's secretly a moon being, wants to return to his home satellite. Dirk's partner Steve Dayton (Richard Travis) and his fiance June (Cathy Downs) stowaway on the ship by accident. Will they all make it back safely? imdb.com/title/tt0053072/Released sometime next week - possibly Tuesday 10/30! We will be selling the DVD and RiffTrax separately (since the DVD was finalized before the riff was recorded). But you can buy them both from our site starting very soon.

What a neat detour! A fifties movie and Fred Willard? Should be a great release.

It is recommended that you purchase your Missile to the Moon DVD direct from RiffTrax, to avoid sync issues: www.rifftrax.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=90This is not a RiffTrax complete DVD. It is the movie only. The DVD can be purchased now and the RiffTrax mp3 will be available next Tues (more then likely)

Fred Willard is simply amazing. His ad-lib humor is as good as any comedian ever.
This should be just awesome.

Ha! That's pretty cool that we're getting an older movie. And Fred Willard is hillarious. I probably won't download this one right away, due to the movie availablity (I've only downloaded RiffTrax to films I own so far), but this sounds pretty promising.
Hopefully they'll start doing more older movies as well. I'd die for a RiffTrax on some Universal Horror classics (c'mon Ghost of Frankenstein!).

I'm a little confused. Didn't Conor mention they were working on having a DIVX download of the rifftrax w/ the movie as well?

I'm a little confused. Didn't Conor mention they were working on having a DIVX download of the rifftrax w/ the movie as well? I think that is in the works for the future. But as far as I know (BathTub correct me if I'm wrong), right now they just have the movie on a separate DVD and on Tues the 30th they will release the RiffTrax MP3.
