I stopped watching Smallville. I got so sick of the Clark/Lana relationship that should have died around season 4 or 5, but the writers of the show seemed hooked on the idea. Then finally they seemed to be going forward with Clark/Lois (the way it should be) this past season and who shows up...Lana. Then for 5 episodes we get even more Clark/Lana crap and someone told me it was for closure. I'm sorry but that relationship has had closure 10 times over on this show.
Thankfully Kristen Kreuk has taken her bad acting elsewhere finally, but sadly I think that I have no more patience left for this show.

Me, I gave up Family Guy after it stopped being funny. It'd be nice if they'd respect the some of the other characters more. Rather than abusing them for whatever reason Seth Mcfarlane thinks is funny.
I gave up on a bunch of Hannah Barbara cartoons. Scooby Doo isn't what it used to be. Every single episode nowadays just drags on and on.
Sailor Moon made the cut. Then there's Chowder, Mis-Adventures of Flapjack, I'm getting bored of Danny Phantom. X-Files, Even Stevens, Lizzie Miguire, stuff back when Disney wasn't lame. I'll always love A.L.F. by the way. I don't know why, but it has a charm.
I can't think of anything more at the moment. But if I do it'll probably be aimed at Cartoon Network.

I've also given up on: Wipeout: Just got old. I've lost intreset in that show in notime. AFV: I just don't find the stuff they show funny anymore.

I haven't watched Superjail lately. I'm waiting for the next season so I'm kind of burnt out on the episodes from the first season.

I'm just so tired of television. Aside from MST3K and stand-up comedy I rarely watch anything anymore. I use my dvr to record shows for me to watch from time to time, but that's about it.
Recently I stopped watching Sober House. I kept forgetting it was on. I kind of wish I had stopped watching Big Love as this last season was really terrible, imo. lol.

It finally happened. After becoming increasingly tired with it over the past two years or so I ended up turning off last week's episode of House MD and watched some old Fleischer Studios Popeye cartoons instead.
That's that.

I watch some of the Simpsons newer episodes but end up missing most of them and not being too worried about it. I think I'm heading toward missing all of them. In fact I haven't seen one yet this season.

In fact I haven't seen one yet this season. I haven't watched the new episodes in 10 years. The comedy central era of Futurama hasn't been very good. I also stopped watching adult swim, the early shows were much better.

CSI I stuck with this thing even after it started shedding cast members. It was one of my favorites - but it's stuck in a routine, and after trying to get through the first episode of the season -and just wishing it would hurry up and be over- I realised we were done. The divorce is final. I loved ya once CSI, but you've become distant since Gil left. Your not the same show I fell in love with.

I hate to say it, but I think the gild is off the lily for The Big Bang Theory. I really like this show, but they are running out of ideas and it just isn't the same goofy nerd show anymore. It's okay for characters on a serious show to change and mature and evolve, and in maybe a dramedy as well, but a half hour sitcom? I hate it when they make the characters search their feelings too much, and make it too sappy or whatever. I mean, they don't have to be too ridiculous all the time, but, when they start making the characters "settle down" and all that BS, I just don't like it any more. Really? Everyone has to pair off and become "normal"? The reason this group of characters were funny to begin with was because they were quirky. They still are, sure, but not so much anymore.
Howard and Bernie are married. Leonard and Penny are engaged. Penny goes from being an actress that was trying to get work to a career gal with no friggin' experience to speak of (wish I could get a high paying job with no previous knowledge like that, sheesh). And they ruined Amy. She and Sheldon had a very unique relationship, now they just want to turn them into everyman/woman. Blech.
It was okay to get Raj finally being able to talk to women, that premise couldn't have gone on forever, but now they want to make him more stable also.
Just not the same show I fell in like with.
