I am going to go. I may be going with a friend, but I'm going to go for sure.

I still haven't seen the Rifftrax guys confirm anything, but on one site it says that Weird Al will be part of the show.
It also says they'll riff a bizarre animated Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer short and a musical short about pork. Someone also said they'll be riffing classic commercials, as well. That would be awesome.

i'd love to see them riff more old commercials. the ones they did during the star wars holiday special were great.

i'd love to see them riff more old commercials. the ones they did during the star wars holiday special were great. I would pay to see them do 90 minutes of old commercials.

Don't know if everyone already knew this or not, but it's listed officially under the theater pages on Fandango. Just go to your theater that should be showing it (seems to be same as last show), and look under Dec. 16 or 17th. It's listed as being at 8:00 PM....that increases my chances of going, which were slim due to working 'til 5:00 those days and living 2 1/2 hours away from the closest theater.

^2 and half hours away from a theater! Do you by any chance live with a bear and have a best friend named mad Jack?
I'm going to wait until Rifftrax posts an official announcement before I put in my time off request form, but according to Fandango it'll be playing in my little town. Looking forward to it, the last one was a blast.

Heh heh, not quite. (I live with an opossum and my friend's name is Annoyed Earl) Seriously, though my rurality is indeed signficant, I live not too far from a lot of very nice theaters. Regal brand included. Only problem is, they all cater to SCREENVISION'S whims rather than Fathom. I now hate Screenvision, by the way. All they do is advertise before movies, and show nothing in the way of actual original programming.

celebrationcinema.com/?pid=184&filmid=22224According to these folks there will be an encore showing the very next night. I would assume that to be in all theaters hosting the live event. Thursday night might be easier for me.
