Plan 9 From Outer Space is, actually, too good. They've done Bride of the Monster, The Sinister Urge, and The Violent Years (which has male rape in it!), and you can tell they (sort of) respect Wood. (If Ed Wood had ANY talent, he'd be boring!)
I wished they'd do Cameron's Titanic. The English Patient would be another I'd like to see them do.
There were so many horror movies in the 50s, IT! The Terror From Beyond Space! comes to mind. The Flesh Eaters. Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things.
Then there were the juvenile deliquent films of the 50s. And what about Nancy Walker's Can't Stop The Music with Valerie Perrine and The Village People? That would have been perfect for them.

Some movies I think could've been worthy of being on MST3K. A couple of these obviously came out after MST3K's time, but they'd still be great for the show.
Creature From the Haunted Sea A*P*E Monster From a Prehistoric Planet The Gorilla Last Woman on Earth Phantom From 10,000 Leagues Nine Lives (2002) The Crawlers Crocodile (2000) First Men in the Moon Gamera: Guardian of the Universe Thor and the Amazon Women
Just to name a few...

If it was made earlier, Sky High. (shivers)

I stumbled across a really old Jim Carrey movie called "Cold Mountain" at my local Walgreens. It's not even a movie so much but a vehicle for this bad country-western band to play their music. What little story there is is horrible, and Alan Thicke plays the playboy character? yikes.

"Hercules in New York" or "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." I've seen those ones. And I have also seen reviews of a film called "Bela Lugosi meets a Brooklyn Gorilla." Just on that title alone, I'd recommend it.

Crocodile (2000) Gamera: Guardian of the Universe Oh, god. Crocodile was ripe for the picking. I remember watching this stinkfest and thinking "MST ended a few years too early." How does Tobe Hooper go from the Texas Chain Saw Massacre to that? And I agree with Gamera: Guardian of the Universe. Quite possibly the most overrated Kaiju movie of all time. I'd also like to say any and all Uwe Boll films should be riffed if the show were to ever make it back on the air. And, even though I enjoyed them in all their sh*tty glory, both Resident Evil films are just asking for it.

Cotton Candy - woooo boy that was a stinker. The only thing I can remember is there was a battle of the bands and some rocker band triggered their pyro by dropping to their knees to activate their stomp-boxes. I think I will spend the night in the garage modding my Big-Muff to add some pyro action.
Deathrace 2000 might be a classic for some - but the sparse dialog might make for a great ep. MST3K - COME BACK - PEOPLE ARE STILL MAKING REALLY BAD MOVIES!!

While perhaps not ripe for the MST treatment, I believe Adam Sandler's Going Overboard takes the cake as absolutely the most unwatchable film I've ever seen. I would watch Manos ten times in a row before I relived that pain.
That movie made me want to surgically remove my eyes with a mellon baller.

Mr.Atari, thanks for the welcome! I go to the Sattellite News page every day but never checked out this cool forum. Coleman Francis Mountain? Too freakin' funny.
ChampionJaguar, My only stompbox now is the Line6 Guitarport I got hooked up to the computer, not really good for pyro. Cotton Candy's nemesis was Rapid Fire which only ever seemed to do a very bad version of "I Shot The Sheriff" I haven't seen this film in about 25 years but I remember it like it was yesterday, it really stained my soul. I only pray it comes out on DVD.
I've heard a few mentions of Wild Guitar, but that film looks like Citizen Kane next to Arch hall Jr's absolutely worst film "The Nasty Rabbit". The crew would have a field day with that one.

Phantom From 10,000 Leagues I have this one on DVD from a bad 50's movie DVD set. It's great MST material. I'm surprised they didn't do it.
