I don't mean to be Joe Negative, but what fun is a discussion board if we only talk about our favorites?
The ground rules are similar to the "Top 5" thread, with one major change (rule 2):
1) Provide an explanation for each because list threads are boring.
2) KTMAs don't count. We all know that KTMAs were light on riffing and low on production value. No need to state the obvious by listing them. Pick 5 others.
3) It's understood that all lists are subject to change at any time.
4) We all know that the worst MST episode is better than 99% of other television. Posting in this thread doesn't make you a bad fan.

103- MAD MONSTER with short: COMMANDO CODY PT 2: I don't remember much about this episode. Probably because it was DULL! If this movie was taken on later in the series, it would have been much better. They weren't ready for this movie in season 1.
105- THE CORPSE VANISHES with short: COMMANDO CODY PT 3: Not quite as dull of a movie as 103, but the riffing seems nonexistent in this episode.
320 - THE UNEARTHLY with shorts: POSTURE PALS and APPRECIATING OUR PARENTS: How can an episode with two of the best shorts ever AND the MST debut of Tor Johnson be awful? Well, it is. The shorts are classic, but as soon as the movie starts, the guys seem to be sleeping there way through it.
403- CITY LIMITS: I hate the post apocalyptic movies, and this one seems to be the worst. Crows love for Kim Catrall is funny at first, but is run into the ground.
812- THE INCREDIBLY STRANGE CREATURES WHO STOPPED LIVING AND BECAME MIXED-UP ZOMBIES: It's a fan favorite for many, but not me. The endless dance scenes, the carnival, and Ortega all seem to make me wanna take a entire box of Pepto-Bismal.

1 Hamlet - What else can I say that hasn't already been said. Slow, plodding and very painful.
2 Overdrawn At The Memory Bank - I still can't believe Raul could be this bad in this terrible movie.
3 Diabolik - Not that it's that bad of an episode, but because it's sub par and it's the final show. Instead of going out with a bang, they went out with a whimper.
4 Monster A-Go-Go - A movie about nothing.
5 Hercules Unchained - Lifeless.

Boy, that's tough. Ok, in no particular order:
1. Angels Revenge Slow, tedius, boring, not even the riffing saved this movie. Actually, I didn't think the riffing was all that great.
2. Wild, Wild World of Batwoman BOR-ING! See above, there just wasn't the laugh-quality that most of the episodes had.
3. The Touch of Satan Again, not really that funny. Tedius. Very, very tedius.
4. Prince of Space Aparently it's pretty popular, but I just couldn't get into it. The host segments were wonderful, but that was about it.
5. Incredibly Strange Creatures Not kidding, I fell asleep watching this. I wasn't even tired, I ended up staying up another three hours watching Space Mutiny and Overdrawn, but this movie couldn't hold my attention.
That was tough.

The five movies that I thought were a total waste of The Brains time:
Wild, Wild World of Batwoman Merlin's....whatever Quest of the Delta Knights The Painted Hills The Girl in Lover's Lane
Angels Revenge just barely escaped because of the embarrassing "celebrity" cameos that are more than worth riffing.

808 - The She Creature I feel about this episode the way many of you feel about Hamlet or ISCWSLABMUZ. Tedious and dreary, with miserable characters (particularly Lombardi) and little riff redemption.
209 - Hellcats I love Side Hackers and Wild Rebels, but this one has always been rough for me. More ugly characters, an awful print of the film, and lots of hippy/biker non-action.
204 - Lost Continent Rock climbing.
515 - Wild World of Batwoman I frequently give this one another chance. I really want to like it, what with the awful comic relief and the goofy villain and "what the hell's going on" shenanigans. But every time I sit down to watch it, no matter how overflowing my reservoir of good will, the movie destroys me.
511 - Gunslinger God bless Beverly, but this is one awful film - even for Corman. Only he could make a Western starring a beautiful woman this dull and pointless.
Dishonorable mention: Monster A-Go-Go, The Crawling Hand, The Atomic Brain, San Francisco International

Time Of The Apes--I know, I know, but I just can't see through this mess.
Overdrawn At The Memory Bank--reminds me of a high school film project I did and it's shot in about the same way.
Hamlet--I'm not a big Shakespeare fan anyway, but this German production left a lot to be desired. To me, even the riffing was not as strong as it normally is.
Monster A Go Go---if there was no monster, then there should have been no movie.
Bloodlust--Robert Reed on an island playing the most dangerous game. Eh.

Fun topic!
Awww, "The Corpse Vanishes" is one of my very favorites (although I don't care for the short).
I really cannot bear to watch:
Squirm Racket Girls It Lives By Night Hamlet Overdrawn at the Memory Bank
And, as a bonus, a confession, I've never made it all the way through "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians".
Funny that so many are from the Sci-Fi because several favorites are from that period, also.

What's strange is no KTMA episodes were listed. I'll say my bottom 5 are any random 5 KTMA episodes. They just aren't funny. Someone didn't read the rules

I'd like to preface this by saying I've only watched all of these once. My opinion could change after seeing some of them again. The Mole People used to be one I hated, but I watched it last Friday for the second time, and it's actually pretty good so my opinion could be changed on any of these. Except for #'s one and two that is... 1. Hamlet - Not the right material for them. There are too many dull spots where there's just nothing to riff. Easily the biggest bomb in MST3K episode history. 2. Gunslinger - What were they thinking picking this boring western? This is another film that wasn't a good choice. Too few laughs and a boring movie = disaster for a MST3K episode. Good thing Joel went out with a bang with Mitchell, because this would've been an awful final episode for him. 3. Space Travelers - Dare I say the film was too GOOD to be used on the show! Here is one where my opinion might change on a repeat viewing, but I doubt it. This one probably sounded better on paper to BBI... 4. The She Creature - Here's another case of them not having enough to work with. Snore inducing film that I don't remember one second of. Granted I've only seen it once, but I'm pretty sure this will never be a favorite by any means. 5. The Undead - Here is one I will definitely give another chance. It didn't do much for me at all the first time around, but Allison Hayes is a MST3K babe if ever there was one, so at least I'll have something nice to look at when I give it a second viewing.

I can't believe so many people listed Overdrawn at the Memory Bank..
Anyway.. In no particular order:
323 - Castle of Fu Manchu - I just can't sit through this one. 909 - Gorgo - Same deal.. I don't know why, but I think the movie distracts me to the point where I can't even hear them making fun of it. 104 - Women of the Prehistoric Planet - Actually I have trouble with most of the Season 1 episodes. 324 - Master Ninja II - A real disapointment, because I loved the "Master Ninja I" episode. I don't know what happened. And of course...1009 - Hamlet. Don't know what happened there.
Note that this doesn't mean I'll never give these episodes another chance. I'm always giving previously viewed episodes that I didn't like another shot. I couldn't stand The Deadly Bees for a while. But when I really sat down and watched and payed attention, I found that it was pretty funny.

I can't believe so many people listed Overdrawn at the Memory Bank.. I can't either. My wife and I absolutely LOVE that episode. It's near the bottom of my top 10, but it's definitely worthy of being in that list. To Wendy's!

For me, you can cram all those Japanese movies from the Comedy Central era into my bottom 5, except perhaps "Time of the Apes". I'd rather watch Coleman Francis than those.

There are a lot of Joel episodes I can't sit through anymore. I was spoiled by Mike when he came along. However, I will NEVER watch Village Of the Giants again. That movie makes me ill, and they were WAY too easy on it.

The only episode worth mentioning is Hamlet. I guess if you put a gun to my head and made me pick four more of the ones I saw, I'd say Robot vs. Aztec Mummy, Mad Monster, Gamera vs. Barugon (KTMA version, yes I know samptari), and The Hellcats. The first two have the same problems, lacking riffing compared to other episodes. The third is mainly because Josh's Kermit voice for Servo bugged me every so often. The fourth is just because I can't remember it at all, it's all a blur (and I have my reasons). Also, for all of them except the last, I can really find more good than bad to say about them.
However, Hamlet was just crap. Several reasons for this. The first is that there were far too many portions with dialouge, and then long pauses without them. Frank Conniff likely never would have let this movie slip through the cracks and make it to the riffing room (let alone TV). This completely messed up the flow of the show, and the riff count in general. The movie was also hard to follow as it was chopped from three hours to two, and all the dialouge was written over 400 years ago. The riffs they did do were simply especially weak that time around. Even had it not suffered the others problems, just based on the riffs, it would have still probably been one of the worst of the post season one series. But this episode with all it's problems is by far my least favorites. Season One? All episodes I've seen are better. KTMA? Even Gamera vs. Barugon is quite better. The only competition it may have is the original Gamera KTMA episode I have yet to see. If I had to rate this episode today it would be a 1/2* or DUD.
