I apparently missed that tweet, but this is awesome news. I loved "Death Rat!" I've read it every 3 or 4 years or so since it released. So funny.

I'm only 4 episodes in... But every time Gypsy comes in to the theater, I get a subconscious giddy reaction -- mostly because in the "back in the day" episodes, seeing *any* guest in the theater was a treat. But this doesn't work for me. At all.
I don't know if it's her new voice, or her "jokes" (so far they've been really lame and unfunny, or just observational "state park" jokes), but whenever she shows up, it's a HUGE distraction. Especially given I have no idea what she is doing with this "pay load" the previous poster mentioned.

Agreed. I almost hate to use the phrase "cheap-looking" because the old sets were so, well, cheap -- but they were visually interesting. This new set looks like a more colorful version of the lame season one set.

I'm a long-time lurker around here, but rarely post. So forgive me if I am a little behind on some of the news (like the leaked movie-episode list. I had no idea!).
The scope does seem bigger than I anticipated, too. And it definitely keeps a lot of the "feel" of the original show.
And it looks like Crow's arms finally work! (And like he's been doing push-ups non-stop since season 10 ended in '99.)
As far as that 'unknown Mad', on the first viewing of the trailer, I thought it was Mary-Jo. But looking at it again, it's definitely not. And hopefully these 'bone-guys' are the new Jerry and Sylvia -- who I sorely missed once they disappeared!
Also, the brief flashes we get of Patton as Son of TV's Frank... Just marvelous.

Never really thought about it. I s'pose Jim, though.
