My credit card is linked to my checking account. The day after I ordered, the available amount was short by the 15.94 charged. Two days later, it was balanced again; like they charged it, then...uncharged it. i thought i saw a charge for it too once, but its gone now. Wierd. Thats strange, I haven't been charged yet. . . Oh man, I hope I'm over-reacting, but this doesn't look good at all. Do you think we killed EZ-Takes? Were they simply not ready for our Mass Swarm? Alot of Jokes over on the Rifftrax board on how all our DVDs are being burned one at a time on a PC in a basement somewhere, but more and more, that seems to actually be the case.

Perhaps the rush of orders turned their server to slag or something.

If that were the case you'd think they'd alert Joel (as head of CT operations) and that he'd have the decency to let us know, or that as a reputable company they could send out an email to each of us letting the customers know what the deal is. It's not that hard and this constant silence is not great PR.

I think this means that we all tend to over think things and worry. We all should just relax, it is just a (CT) show.
When we have them in our hot little hands in a couple of weeks, we will all forget about this.

I wouldn’t panic just yet; I’m going to wait until next week so it’ll be after the holidays before I call to figure out what’s going on.

In all honesty, we should give it one more week before we start freaking. It's just that patience (along with others here, I'm sure) has never been my strong point.

I almost, almost placed my order as soon as they announced the details...but held off once I saw it was a 'press-on-demand' service, coupled with the "we just finished authoring the disc" statement. Seemed a little odd that they would take orders this way, especially when they had mailing list numbers, or maybe were allowed to peek at Film Crew numbers. I thought it might be best to wait a little and see if they smooth out the wrinkles. And hearing now about credit card oddities, I'll wait until the orders are received and verified before placing it. Though I have a feeling it's going to be weeks until these initial orders are totally filled. I hope I'm wrong, but...

Well, they did say two weeks in their initial email confirmation. Plus the holidays just ended and it's their first effort on this new project. I'm going to give them a fair amount of slack. I'm really in no hurry. It took Joel over 10 years to get back on track with a riffing project, I can wait a few extra weeks.
