I lampoon the movies that are being shown instead of MST3k in Crow's Art.

After the show ended its run on Sci Fi last week I have no reason to watch that network anymore.

In a period of complete insanity, I watched Sci-Fi for years thinking they would find a nice balance between classic Sci-Fi and original material.
As my hero and idol Brain Guy said to Pearl, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome leads to madness.
(I'll leave out the part where Pearl asks why Brain Guy continues to mouth off to her knowing he will be clobbered for doing so).
Anyhoo, I'm cancelling Sci Fi as well as digital cable. TV Land shows sitcoms from the 80s and 90s, TCM is ok once in a while but not often enough. Noggin stopped showing "Sesame Street" from the early '70s.
There is no longer any point.

Hey, Sci-Fi still has "The Twilight Zone", which was the only thing I watched on Sci-Fi besides MST3K. If they lose that show, then that's the last straw.

I like Star Trek and X-Files personally. I only like STTNG. I never got into X-Files, but I bet I would have liked it. However, these are not programs MADE by Sci-Fi, they were stolen from other networks.

I actually love the Zone, but, I have every ep on tape so that helps in my Sci-Fi boycott. And I like ST:TNG too, but, I just watch it on Spike TV. The only thing I watch now on Sci-Fi, on occasion, is the old Star Trek, which, I don't even watch that much considering my mom has all of them on tape. I just don't feel like going to my parents house though.

Yeah, I taped them all years ago when they showed them in order on Sci-Fi. I have the ones they used to hold out of syndication, like the classic "An Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge" on DVD that I downloaded. I think they actually have the rights to show them all now, but, I wouldn't know because I don't watch that nefarious station anymore. Servo

I can't get too worked up at Sci Fi for stopping MST. Unless they put up the dough to get more eps in rotation there wasn't much point. We don't even know if BBI wanted to extend the contract. The best part of it being on was it could still attract new fans. I know that from this board.

Most of the movies they show should be on MST3K. Who want's to watch them un-MST3K'd? Not me. Servo
