"Stewardesses who literally flew on their own "
Something like, The only stewardess who doesn't need a plane.

I don't fly often, but I really wish stewardesses now dressed like they did back when names like "Shirley" and "Doris" were hot.

He didnt laugh once. Was he dead? It was in color. I'm OK with them showing the colorized version. There were a lot of young folks (that makes me sound old) in our theater. I'll bet many of them would have trouble sitting through a B&W feature. Legend's restored print was sharp and clean.

It was something Kyanka (sp?) put together. They were introduced as words from our (not so great) sponsors. The first was the best, it was grain show add, done in the style of the monster truck commercials. They were filmed, like commercial spots. Thanks for explaining it. I would head over to YouTube and watch them, but I've been on crazy slow dial up for the past two months. 2kb/s doesn't cut it on YouTube (or much of anything else for that matter!).

Wow, I'm so glad I didn't have any idiots attempting to riff along with the crew at my theater. Or if they were, they were too far away for me to hear. There was a guy next to my wife who laughed at EVERYthing, and too loudly, but that was expected. There were a few people like that, but they certainly weren't worth complaining about. After all, what makes something like RTLive exciting is the electricity in the room provided by all the excited fans.
I was surprised by the size of the theater that Rifftrax was given at our local theater (Sioux Falls, SD). I figured it would get one of the tiny end theaters, but we actually got one of the big ones close to the center of the complex. I wouldn't call it packed, but it was quite full. Hard to estimate numbers, but i was happy to see the turnout.
Here's to hoping they do more of these!!
PS I still hate twitter

Glad it was a success. And glad that folks who couldn't make it the first time around will get another chance!

Maybe he came there with someone else and didnt get the humor hmm wierd, wonder why we got B&W? i didnt really notice, was still great.

Well, unless they are hooking up to a theater in Sydney, AU, I'll be missing the next simulcast as well. Bummer.
