My grandfather used to live near Vero Beach and we came out from the plains to the beach a few times for Christmas when I was in high school. I have fond memories of the state, and the climate was nice in December, too. Haven't been out there in 20 years.
Looks like a nice holiday visit, though, spice.

I kind of like 305 ~ Stranded in Space. I saw it as a movie way back in the day when I was just a kid and was really looking forward to the TV series which of course was never picked up. I know now that this is a good thing of course. But it was a fun episode. I agree completely - another episode that I love that seems nearly forgotten. mrmeadows mentioned City Limits – I love it but I can't say that one is nearly forgotten. Most just seem to not like it. I haven't watched Castle of Fu Manchu in long time, but man, I still remember how startlingly bored I was watching that thing for the first time. It would take unusual circumstances for me to put that one back in anytime soon.

Space Travelers. I still think it's arguably the best episode they ever did. All the Gregory Peck impersonations, decent host segments, and a watchable movie made even better by tight riffing.

Man, I'm really sorry to hear that, Sky. Head up, eyes forward. You'll get through this.

You know, I don't think I've watched Hamlet since the first time I saw it broadcast on SciFi back in the day. I don't remember being particularly enamored with it then, but maybe I need to revisit it. And I was wondering why your account was deleted, wind demon. I'm kind of afraid I'll accidentally do that myself someday. He's definitely no troll. Well, he's never trolled me, anyway I just realized that I posted having only read up to the end of page 1, not realizing there was a second page. One of those days.

I really liked Peter O'Toole. Lawrence of Arabia was fantastic, of course, but I'll also remember him from that flash-in-the-pan Robin Williams comedy Club Paradise. Yeah, I said it.
Rest well, sir.

Yeah, that was really sad. And intense. During the post-show it was interesting to see Herschel compared to Dale, and I suddenly realized how much I miss Dale. Herschel didn't deserve that, but at least the Governor got his.
Gonna be a long wait for the next episode.

Caught Manhunt In Space last night for the first time in years. Not sure I'll get in much more than that, though.

Nothing is impossible, but I still think it's unlikely. Like Torgo said, when Shout gets dodgy with their announcements interesting things can happen - like releasing the Gamera episodes and some other great, genuinely surprising licensing coups. I personally think we're more likely to get KTMA or Godzilla episodes before we see a reunion of some sort. That said, with CT winding down and assuming the original cast members, at least, would be available and willing, it could happen if Joel and Jim could arrive on the same page. I don't know if they could do it as full-on show like the old days, but the occasional fresh episode isn't completely out of the question. It would be very, very cool. But I'll believe it when I see it

I share some of your concerns, but I'm generally OK with the inconsistencies. I would have no problem with the group moving on to some new territory, though. The prison has been interesting, but there's so much more zombie apocalypse to explore.
Yeah, sounds like someone is going to go next week. Not that it's a for-sure indicator, but Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie, is going to be on Talking Dead next week (along with another unnamed special guest). It has happened in the past that the actor who played a character that was killed off shows up on Taking Dead that week. I hope it's not Maggie, she's really kind of grown on me.

Man, so unnecessary. There's just no need for it.

I haven't watched any KTMA eps in a long time, but from memory I loved them from a historical standpoint, but they weren't as unwatchable as many have stated they are. I think that puts me in the "like" category.

I loved last night's episode. It reminded me a little bit of The Other 48 Days, the Lost episode where we catch up with the tail-section survivors we hadn't seen up to that point. And I know I'm not supposed to like him, the guy has done some horrible things, but I still can't bring myself to believe The Governor is just pure evil. I don't buy it. I have a feeling the next few episodes are going to be great.
Anyone know if they're going to do an extended break in mid-season again this year?
