Well I know that the episodes from Collection 4 and 5 were all owned by BBI as they offered them from their website before they were even a part of the Rhino sets.

FYI to all going to Best Buy: their website has it listed for $41.99 and in store the sticker has $49.99. I probed into this when I got to the check out counter and they sent me over to customer service where the guy got me all fixed up and only charged me the website price (plus tax, of course). Just a word to the wise. I'll be testing that out after work today. Through my job I managed to get $440 worth of Best Buy gift certificates to use! Even if it does cost a little more there than everywhere else, I'm getting it for free so I have no issue with that.

I went to several stores to see what kind of first week sales were being offered - but no one has it, not Walmart, nor Best Buy or Circut City or Target or Hastings... Spokane sucks! Ah well, I was going to wait and see what y'all had to say about the condition of the set before I bought it anyway.

Target has never stocked Rhino titles. I think the same goes for Wal-Mart - I haven't shopped there much. Best Buy has a hard enough time getting the Tuesday releases that are on sale in on time...and on the shelf....in the right section. ("Kolchak: The Night Stalker" in the Sci-Fi section? The War of the Worlds in the Documentary section? : Circuit City is good....but they usually only get one or two so they could have sold out before you got there.

Nice work, Ren. Nice site. Reminds me that my Volume 5 has a cracked disc holder (for Time Chasers) and the disc just barely stays in there. Oh well, with what's going on in the world it's hard to complain about something that trivial.

Well, I got a $20 cash award (for signing up for something for a month, which I'll probably cancel in a day) Sooo I went ahead and got Volume 9 and a Disc filled with Devo videos from Deep Discount - equals out to $25 out of pocket all told, so I can't complain.
Edit: In response to Wild Rebels post - I picked up a couple advanced tickets for X-3, and though there's a Sam Goodies in the Mall, I didn't bother to check. I don't know if they carry Rhino's or not, but they are the priciest store in town, so I said to heck with 'em.

MST3K and X-Men 3. MJ is a man that knows how to live. Not only that, but I had pizza and a Smirnoff for dinner - I do live the high life.

I got mine today from Amazon. Paid $41.99 for it without paying extra for shipping. I was told it would take 8 - 10 days to get it that way, but they shipped it over the weekend and got it today. I figured since I was saving a little off retail listed price, I got I Accuse My Parents while I was at for $9. I have it on tape but gave it to a friend whom I'm trying to get hooked on the show.

This set is very nice. It was good to see a clear picture on Wild Rebels and Women of the Prehistoric Planet after relying on old fan copies for so long. I'd like to see more Season 1 and 2 episodes released. Every episode in this set is solidly funny. I did not see any glitches like there were on the last set. This may be the best quality Rhino production yet.
Just one thing. I don't know if any guys would realize this or not, but the design on the disc for The Sinister Urge is of a half-used birth-control pill dispenser. WTH?!? I'm all for a design that sort of fits with the movie's theme, but that is a bit of a reach for one, and a bit on the tasteless side for another.

yeah. this set is so nice i feel bad for mocking those who complained in the past. I don't. I still want my copy of Dead Talk Back replaced and the return of missing bits from I Accuse My Parents, "The Home Economics Story", "Mr. B Natural" and others.
