Strangely, there's a group of episodes that Twitch used to show during the first two rotations that they no longer do. The rights haven't expired on these (they're still on Shout's website and Tubi and such), they just skip them now every single time they reach their location in the episode order. As I spend way too much time on the Twitch chat, here's the current skip list, for anyone that cares:
Sidehackers Master Ninja II Giant Gila Monster Hercules Against the Moon Men The Rebel Set Beginning of the End (actually never shown on Twitch, but part of the streaming package) The Phantom Planet (aired only once, during the second rotation) Pumaman (only aired during the first rotation)
Of the 10 Rifftrax Shout has the rights to, they mainly show three: "Breaker! Breaker!", "Jack the Giant Killer", and "Hillbillys in a Haunted House". They've finally begun running "Icebreaker" and "Prisoners of the Lost Universe" recently, but the other 5 have yet to appear. They just run those main three, repeatedly, despite how Rifftrax already has their own (much more popular) channel (there was even a time when "Hillbillys in a Haunted House" aired on BOTH channels at the same time, making the redundancies even more obvious).
All of the Cinematic Titanics run, except for one: "War of the Insects".

Interesting that it's not included with streaming on Shout Factory TV (or on Twitch, where it's definitely one of the most requested episodes). Had they had the streaming rights to it still, Turkey Day '19 would have been 100% identical to Turkey Day '13 instead of merely 5/6ths the same.

Hopefully somebody at one of the MST3K Live meet and greet Q&A sessions asks Joel and reports back what he says.

One wonders, does Shout's unriffed releases of Incredible Melting Man and Squirm going out of print spell doom for those MST3K volumes?

It's stupid. But if they go back to calling her the full KTMA name of Gypsum, I probably wouldn't care.
(coming soon: "Crow's name sounds like "Jim Crow" and is therefore racist too!")

"Charro!" would've been in season 4 between "The Beatniks" and "Fire Maidens of Outer Space", and thus we would've lost out an other season 4 episode which replaced it. As far as I've been able to tell, the episode that effectively replaced it? "Monster A Go-Go".

I live so close, right on the Mass border. I'm very tempted to come!

Since they got the rights back to Final Sacrifice, I'd hope they'd bring that back.

Oh thank heavens they aren't including the MST3K Hour Wraps for Gila Monster. I thought they might actually succeed in adding them for this one.

The MST Hour Wraps are missing. Again. Sigh.

In which episode were Tom and Crow Secret Service agents who “protected” Mike? 604 "Zombie Nightmare".

I've recently heard that 507 "I Accuse My Parents" is missing a riff, probably from a similar issue.

That link is probably the best we'll ever get. But yeah, I love the industrial sound to the Mike era theme. I was disappointed when they stopped using the new instrumental in the bumpers (going back to the Joel era one around "Santa Claus" I think it was).

Another good place to get a clean sound of this? The ancient (and often cut from most fan-copies and definitely from most official ones) season 1 & 2 Best Brains end card before they started using stingers. If you have an old copy that includes the "Comedy Channel" logo (not replaced with the Comedy Central's presentation card), it goes on even longer there.
