I'll be honest: I really liked Pearl. Sure, she (as well as Bobo and Brain Guy) was hugely different than our previous Mads, but I often found her quite halarious. ("Yeah, it's supposed to get down to absolute zero...that's why I always wear a sweater!")
Apparently it's just me.

I'm amazed he's not still taking some time off, bless his heart. I'm sure he's bound by contract to make his albums (not to say he doesn't enjoy doing them). When that mp3 popped up on Wednesay I was thrilled. The guy's still thoroughly entertaining. You didn't ask, but among my favorite Al songs are "Good Old Days" and "You Don't Love Me Anymore."

A Sam & Max game? There's only one (though this marks the third attempt at a sequel).
Yeah, it's not very easy to get your hands on nowadays. If you see one for a decent price on ebay, grab it and play it through SCUMMVM. It's a hoot.

Haha yeah, I saw that a few days ago and laughed my ass off. Here's another video in a similar vein - West Side Story. Not quite as good as The Shining but still worth a look.

I just can't get into games like that anymore. Way too time-consuming and requires too much attention. What happened to games being casual, fun experiences?

Okay, somebody here has to have been a fan of the old LucasArts graphic adventures. I'm talking Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island, Sam & Max, and the like.

I'm talking about Sam and Max: Freelance Police, the sequel to Sam and Max: Hit the Road. They're computer games. The short lived cartoon series came out years after Hit the Road. I'm talking about the cancellation of a video game.

I don't know how many people care, but LucasArts' Sam and Max:Freelance Police, well into development, has been canceled today. I'm not sure how many of you even know what Sam and Max is, but let me just tell you that this release would have restored hope in adventure video games. Read the story at Mixnmojo

Udvarnoky is the last name of the twin actors who played the roles of Niles and Holland Perry in the obscure 1972 horror film, "The Other."
