Great to see these videos; I'm a huge Gerry Anderson fan (I think the trailers you've included in the K01/K02 vids come from my youtube channel ) and I missed seeing the very brief in-theater clips from those two episodes when they were first on MST3K.com. Nice job!

Don't know if this has been posted here before (I do remember it being mentioned when a trailer for the DVD was first uploaded) but here's a nice little 30 minute documentary about the making of Time Chasers, hosted on Edgewood Studios youtube channel so it's all nice and legal. I've always believed that Time Chasers was one of the better films featured on the show and it's nice to get a little chance to see how much really went into the making of it. MST3K only gets a brief mention; David Giancola's ok with it, George Woodard is not, so it's balanced if nothing else. Also, Mathew Bruch AKA Nick Miller seems like a really cool guy. I'd totally be up for seeing him do a sequel.

I think Gamera may be my fave MST3K character. Ignoring those unfortunate incidents in his first 2 films where he killed scores of people, the Friend of All Children incarnation of the character is very charming; he takes so many beatings but still comes out fighting for the silly little humans who really don't do anything to deserve his protection. He really does have a good heart. In addition the whole 'try/fail/try again/succeed' pattern of those movies is a pretty good thing to teach kids, I reckon.
Plus the gymnastics scene and the bone xylophone scene show he's got a decent sense of humour.

I still find Melting Man very hard to watch. I know it's a funny episode, but it's too unpleasant a film. Squirm causes me similar problems.

The Eagle hangar crash in Cosmic Princess. It happens right before a commercial break (the Pizza & Pasta break, IIRC) and although the guys walk out of the theater just before it starts, someone at KTMA must have been impressed with the scene cos they still left it in.

Actually, for a Film Ventures International movie, that's not too bad a cover. Judging by the title sequences that never have anything at all to do with their films they could just as easily have slapped Vincent Prince and Hong Kong Phooey on there...

I wouldn't be surprised if those "call forwards" popped up because when they were, for example, taping The Brain That Wouldn't Die, they were also in the middle of viewing/writing sessions for Radar Secret Service.Possibly, but Radar Secret Service was first screened back in season 2 (they tried to get the rights to it then but couldn't) so in this case it could be considered a callback, at least for them.

Really tempted to get vol 25 there; I had been thinking about getting it from Shout's website to get the Radar Men disc with it, but for $20 less...hmm. Could I live without the Radar Men disc? :S
